We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy:

Each processor processes personal data only under our instructions and in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
Lazyclips uses Google and YouTube API Services to enable video uploads and publishing on your behalf. By connecting your Google or YouTube account, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms). To comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, we disclose the following about our handling of Google user data.
When you connect your YouTube account, our application accesses the following Google user data via the YouTube Data API v3 and Google OAuth 2.0:
If you sign in to Lazyclips with Google (optional), we also receive your basic profile data (e.g. name, email, profile picture) from Google for account creation and authentication, in accordance with the scopes we request (openid, email, profile).
We use the data described above solely to:
We do not use data obtained through Google or YouTube APIs to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models, and we do not use such data for advertising or for any purpose other than providing the publishing features you have requested.
We do not sell, rent, or share Google user data with third parties for their marketing or advertising purposes. Google user data (including OAuth tokens and channel information) is not shared with any third parties except:
Video files are uploaded directly from our systems to YouTube via the official YouTube Data API; we do not route Google user data through unrelated third-party services.
OAuth access and refresh tokens are stored in our secure database. Tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM before being stored. Access to the database and to decrypted tokens is restricted to authorized systems and personnel necessary to operate the publishing feature. We follow industry-standard security practices to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
You may revoke our access to your Google/YouTube data at any time via your Google account security settings (Account → Security → Third-party apps with account access). Revoking access will prevent Lazyclips from publishing to your channel until you reconnect.
We retain Google/YouTube data (OAuth tokens and associated channel information) only for as long as your YouTube account remains connected in Lazyclips. When you disconnect your YouTube account from Lazyclips (via Settings → Platform connections), we delete the stored tokens and channel information associated with that connection. When you delete your Lazyclips account (see Section 13), all of your data, including Google/YouTube tokens and channel data, is removed from our systems.
You may request deletion of your Google user data held by Lazyclips at any time by: (1) disconnecting your YouTube account in Lazyclips Settings, or (2) requesting full account deletion via our Contact page or at support@lazyclips.co. We will process deletion requests in accordance with our data retention policy and applicable law. You can also revoke Lazyclips's access to your Google account at any time through your Google account settings, which will prevent further use of your data by our application.
Lazyclips uses TikTok APIs (including TikTok Login Kit and Direct Post API) to enable you to publish videos to your TikTok account when you connect it. By connecting your TikTok account, you agree to be bound by TikTok's Terms of Service (https://www.tiktok.com/legal/page/global/terms-of-service). TikTok's Privacy Policy is available at https://www.tiktok.com/legal/page/global/privacy-policy.
When you connect your TikTok account, we store OAuth access and refresh tokens and receive creator information (such as your nickname and privacy-level options) from TikTok solely to display your connected account and to publish content you explicitly schedule or post. We do not use data obtained through TikTok APIs to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models, for advertising, or for any purpose other than providing the publishing features you have requested. We do not sell or share TikTok user data with third parties for their marketing or advertising purposes.
You may revoke our access to your TikTok data at any time by disconnecting your TikTok account in Lazyclips (Settings → Platform connections). Disconnecting removes the stored tokens from our systems. You can also manage or revoke third-party app access in your TikTok account settings.
When Lazyclips offers Instagram (or other Meta platform) integration, we will use the relevant Meta/Instagram APIs solely to enable publishing of content you choose to that platform. By connecting an Instagram or Meta account, you agree to Meta's Terms of Service and Data Policy. We would collect only the data necessary for that purpose (such as OAuth tokens and account identifiers), use it only to provide the publishing feature, and would not use it to train AI, for advertising, or for purposes unrelated to the service. You could revoke access at any time by disconnecting the account in Lazyclips or via your Meta/Instagram settings. Meta's Terms and Data Policy apply: Meta Terms, Meta Privacy Policy.
